Role Overview
We are looking for a Growth Manager who will own student acquisition, educator partnerships, and revenue growth. This is a leadership role where you will build and manage a high-performing sales & business development team. You will be responsible for driving admissions, partnerships, and market expansion for Ostello in India.

Key Responsibilities
• Sales & Revenue Ownership
• Drive student admissions for courses (ticket size: ₹1,000–₹5,000+).
• Achieve and exceed monthly revenue and growth targets.
• Create scalable sales funnels and track conversion metrics.
• Team Leadership
• Hire, train, and manage a team of Admissions Executives (Sales reps).
• Monitor daily calling, demos, and conversions.
• Motivate team with data-driven insights, reviews, and incentives.
• Partnerships & Educator Growth
• Build and manage relationships with educators/institutes to bring more partners onboard.
• Collaborate with educators to create promotional campaigns to boost enrollments.
• Strategy & Market Expansion
• Identify new growth opportunities across India's student markets.
• Work with founders to plan city-wise rollouts and scale acquisition channels.
• Provide regular reports & insights to leadership.

• 2–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or growth roles (edtech experience is a plus).
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
• Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
• Startup mindset: self-driven, ambitious, and able to build from scratch.
