We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Sales Intern to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for engaging with potential clients over phone calls, generating leads, and supporting the business development team in expanding our client base. This role is ideal for someone who is confident in communication and eager to learn the fundamentals of sales and client relationship management.
- Make outbound calls to potential clients from provided databases.
- Introduce the company's services and create interest among prospects.
- Maintain a daily log of calls, responses, and follow-ups.
- Assist the sales team in scheduling meetings and demonstrations.
- Support in drafting emails, proposals, and other communication material.
- Conduct basic research on potential clients before calling.
- Update and maintain client records in CRM/Excel sheets.
- Work closely with the business development team to achieve weekly and monthly targets
Requirements
- Currently pursuing/completed graduation (B.Com / BBA / MBA preferred but not mandatory).
- Good communication skills (Hindi & English; knowledge of regional languages will be an added advantage).
- Confident, polite, and persistent on calls.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Interest in sales, business development, or client relationship management.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
