  • Greet and welcome visitors or clients in a professional manner.
  • Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and messages efficiently.
  • Maintain visitor records and manage appointments.
  • Assist HR and admin departments with daily paperwork.
  • Handle filing, photocopying, scanning, and document management.
  • Support office management tasks such as ordering supplies.
  • Coordinate with different departments for smooth office operations.
  • Manage courier services, receive and dispatch documents or parcels.
  • Help in scheduling meetings and preparing meeting rooms.
  • Assist in basic data entry and record maintenance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13, ₹16,970.07 per month
