We are currently seeking a Messaging Services Senior Specialist - MS Teams to join our team in bangalote, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

"Messaging Services Senior Specialist is a professional who manages and maintains the Microsoft 365 environment that includes various applications and services such as Exchange Online, MS Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive. Responsible for managing user accounts recipients, groups, service monitoring and reporting. Troubleshoot issues, provide technical support, and perform day to day support and administration tasks.

Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to end users
Understanding their requirements and creating a positive client experience throughout the total client journey.
Flexible working in shifts supporting 24X7 steady state operations.
Individuals understand their own area and can perform all facets of their role. Good analytical, excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Energetic, self-motivated and self-sufficient in accomplishing tasks.
Performs a variety of maintenance tasks associated with the support, modification, and updating and patching servers, also include software installations, upgrades and tests. 
Participates in troubleshooting and resolution of client problems using integrated data processing and communication solutions. 
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to resolve technical issues efficiently.
Regularly exercises discretion and independent judgment on technical matters.
Good working knowledge and demonstrated ability utilizing systems, tools and procedures to accomplish job. 
Build deeper understanding of processes, procedures, customers and organization

Technical Skillset

M365 Services-Microsoft Teams, Knowledge on MS calling plan, Direct routing, Operator connect
Management and administration team and channels in Microsoft Teams Audio Conferencing Users
Troubleshooting MS Teams client issues for end user's support.
Performing change management activities which respect to adding new features/components, Configurations change/update, best practices, security enhancement etc. for MS Teams environment. 
Expereince and expertise on Microsoft 365 cloud services and applications, such as Microsoft Teams and Exchange online
Microsoft administration tools, such as Microsoft 365 admin center, Security and Compliance center, Exchange Online admin center, and PowerShell.
Resolving and troubleshooting the M365 issues and incidents and escalating them to Microsoft support when needed.
Good problem-solving and analytical skills, such as identifying, diagnosing, and resolving issues.

Working knowledge on ITSM tools/platform to perform Request, Incident, Change management. 
Steady state support to the messaging infrastructure, handling on-call responsibilities, complex issues, escalations, server maintenance activities etc.
Qualification
Typically requires 5-7 years relevant experience 
Graduate/BTech or equivalent combination of education and work experience 
M365 Intermediate (Associates) certifications
Certification relevant to the services provided"
