Greyhorse is a global investment and venture development platform with $5B in AUM deploying multi-billion-dollar capital commitments across technology, finance, and social impact. The Venture Manager Fellowship is an elite, year-long, earn-while-you-learn experience that develops future capital allocators and venture builders.

Role Overview

As a Venture Manager Fellow, you will operate at the intersection of investing and venture creation. Fellows gain exposure to managing up to $10M in capital allocations while orchestrating up to 10 cross-functional build teams to develop products and services within the Greyhorse ecosystem. You will be overseeing this capital.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead venture development projects from analysis through execution.
  • Perform investment diligence, portfolio monitoring, and growth modeling.
  • Mentor and guide multi-disciplinary teams, ensuring project milestones are met.
  • Prepare investment memos and briefings for executive leadership.
  • Collaborate across global markets to accelerate venture scale-up.

Compensation & Program Details

  • Base Salary: $85, month fellowship term)
  • Performance Bonus: Up to $15,000 based on milestone achievement
  • Equity Incentive: Performance-based participation in Greyhorse's equity program, with potential annualized value up to $250,000 (subject to vesting, performance, and board approval; not guaranteed)
  • Relocation Support: Upon successful progression in the fellowship, Greyhorse provides a relocation package of up to $100,000 for Fellows assigned to one of our global offices in New York, London, Toronto, Dubai, or Singapore. This relocation is not immediate and occurs only at later stages of the role.
  • Participation Commitment: Fellows are required to make a one-time program commitment fee of $5,975, payable upon acceptance into the fellowship. The balance of program delivery costs is subsidized by Greyhorse. Fee is fully refunded after successfully completing the fellowship and meeting all the milestones.

Qualifications

  • Strong preference for 10+ years of experience in entrepreneurship, consulting, venture capital, private equity, or investment management (preferred, not required).
  • Proven leadership and project management capability.
  • Advanced analytical and communication skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a high-velocity environment.
