Qualification & Skills:

  • Educational Qualification:

  • - Postgraduate Degree: M.Com or MBA (Finance)

  • Technical Proficiency:

  • Tally (ERP software)

  • Microsoft Excel (Advanced Level)
  • MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Power BI (Data Visualization and Business Intelligence)

  • Strong foundation in Financial Accounting

  • Other Skills:

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Ability to manage classroom and lab environments
  • Strong documentation and organizational abilities

Job Responsibilities:

A. Teaching & Training:

  • Deliver lectures and practical sessions in Business Computer Applications to undergraduate students.
  • Design and update course materials and assessments aligned with academic objectives.
  • Guide students in practical applications of accounting software and data analytics tools (e.g., Tally, Power BI).
  • Support students in projects, assignments, and lab-based learning.

B. Academic Documentation:

  • Prepare and maintain detailed academic records including syllabi, lesson plans, attendance registers, and internal assessment marks.
  • Assist in curriculum development and revision processes.
  • Ensure compliance with university academic policies and regulatory standards.

C. Examination Support:

  • Participate in the end-to-end examination process including question paper setting, invigilation, and evaluation.
  • Maintain confidentiality and integrity in exam-related activities.
  • Provide academic support to students for examination preparedness.

D. Lab Management:

  • Supervise the Computer Lab dedicated to the Business Computer Application stream.
