Roles & Responsibility:

  • Maintain financial records, process invoices, and reconcile accounts.
  • Should have working experience in Tally/ ERP or SAP Software.
  • Banking entries and receivable/ payable reconciliation; Booking of Expenses to the period to which such expenses relate along with proper Cost Centre.
  • Prepare and file GST returns, manage input tax credit, and ensure timely payments.
  • Assist in tax return filings, TDS computations, and advance tax calculations.
  • Ensure timely deduction, payment, and filing of TDS returns.
  • Perform periodic reconciliation of bank statements with company records.
  • Handle payroll-related compliance, including Provident Fund (PF) and Employee State Insurance (ESI).
  • Assist in the preparation of balance sheets, profit & loss accounts, and other reports.
