Sales & Marketing Coordinator – FMCG/Retail
- Location: Hyderabad
- Role: Business Development Executive (BDE)
- Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent
- Salary: ₹40,000 + Incentives
- Work Days: 6-day field role
About the Role
We are hiring a Sales & Marketing Coordinator to support our FMCG business across retail channels. The role involves handling in-store activations, sampling campaigns, store visits, relationship management, and daily reporting. This position is ideal for someone who is energetic, target-driven, and passionate about FMCG field activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage retail channel operations and in-store activities
- Execute product sampling, branding, and activation plans
- Build and maintain strong relations with retail stores
- Track sales performance and share daily/weekly reports
- Support sales growth through field visits and market insights
- Coordinate with internal teams for promotions and stock needs
Required Skills & Experience
- 2–4 years of experience in FMCG/Retail sales or marketing
- Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu
- Ability to handle field activities and meet targets
- Basic reporting and MS Excel skills
- Good negotiation and relationship-building abilities
Education
- Any Graduate (UG)
