About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory Management Operations Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in stock reconciliation, inventory tracking, and operations software management, along with a strong desire to learn and grow within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end inventory operations, ensuring accuracy in stock levels across locations.
  • Conduct regular stock reconciliation between system and physical inventory.
  • Monitor inventory movement, discrepancies, and coordinate timely adjustments.
  • Operate and maintain operations/inventory management software, ensuring data integrity and smooth workflow.
  • Prepare periodic inventory reports and share actionable insights with the operations team.
  • Collaborate with procurement, warehouse, and finance teams to ensure seamless operations.
  • Support process improvements and implement best practices for inventory control and loss prevention.
  • Assist in audits and ensure compliance with internal inventory policies.

Qualifications & Education:

  • Bachelors degree in Operations, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in inventory management, stock reconciliation, or operations.
  • Good understanding of inventory management tools/software (e.g., Zoho, Unicommerce, Easyecom, or similar).
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets for data handling and reporting.
  • Excellent attention to detail, analytical ability, and problem-solving skills.
  • Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and contribute to process improvement.x
