Job Title: Corporate Trainer - Staffing & Recruiting

Work Location: Noida, UP

Shift: 12 PM to 09 PM IST (Should be rotational as per requirement)

Job Description:

About the role:

Build and deliver practical training that lifts recruiter performance, US and India markets. Own onboarding, refreshers, and live floor coaching. Align training with ATS discipline, sourcing quality, and submittal standards.

What you will do:

  • Run training programs for onboarding bootcamps, sourcing to submittal, interview prep to offer hygiene.
  • Conduct training sessions on US and India staffing processes, visas, payroll types, compliance basics.
  • Coach recruiters on LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, Dice, VMS workflows, ATS hygiene.
  • Review live submittals, give fixes, track improvements, publish weekly progress.
  • Build short playbooks, intake checklist, sourcing templates, screening rubrics.
  • Partner with Delivery Heads and Sales, align training to open pipelines.

What you must bring:

  • 2 plus years in staffing or recruiting, with hands on exposure to both US staffing and India staffing.
  • Working knowledge of W2, C2C, 1099, vendor process, and Indian staffing basics for permanent & contractual hiring.
  • Strong command of Boolean search, outreach writing, screening for must haves.
  • Should understand tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, Dice, Monster, CB along with ATS.
  • Excellent communication skills, facilitation skills, comfort with metrics and dashboards.

Nice to have:

  • Experience training or mentoring recruiters.
  • Basic understanding of VMS and MSP environments.
