Job Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly motivated Data Research & Lead Generation Executive who will be responsible for gathering accurate and up-to-date information of key decision-makers (CEOs, CMOs, Marketing Heads, Procurement Heads, etc.) from companies across various industries. The role involves using LinkedIn, web directories, company websites, and advanced tools to scrape or manually collect relevant data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research companies based on given criteria (location, industry, size, etc.)
  • Identify and collect contact information of key decision-makers (Name, Designation, Email, Phone, LinkedIn, Company Website)
  • Scrape data using tools like , ZoomInfo, RocketReach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Skrapp, , etc. (or via manual research)
  • Maintain clean and organized data sheets (Excel/Google Sheets)
  • Verify email deliverability and contact authenticity using tools like NeverBounce or MailTester
  • Provide daily/weekly progress reports
  • Maintain confidentiality and data accuracy at all times

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in data scraping, web research, or lead generation
  • Knowledge of LinkedIn, company databases, directories, and scraping tools
  • Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
  • Attention to detail and accuracy is a must
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work independently

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Marketing, IT, or Business preferred)
  • Experience working with digital marketing or B2B sales teams
