About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative GIS Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and updating stadium event maps within the Eventellect platform, ensuring accurate seating layouts, pricing zones, and compliance with venue requirements. You will work closely with venue managers, ticketing teams, and event coordinators to deliver high-quality digital maps that enhance user experience and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and update stadium event maps using the Eventellect platform with accurate seating layouts, sections, and pricing zones.
  • Collaborate with venue managers, ticketing teams, and event coordinators to collect event specifications and mapping requirements.
  • Interpret architectural layouts, blueprints, and seating charts to build interactive digital maps.
  • Maintain version control and proper documentation for all map updates and revisions.
  • Troubleshoot mapping discrepancies and coordinate with technical support to resolve issues.
  • Provide visual and functional enhancements to improve usability and operational workflows.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of relevant work experience in event mapping, venue operations, or digital design.
  • Strong English communication and collaboration skills (written and verbal).
  • Excellent attention to detail and spatial awareness.
  • Ability to read and interpret venue blueprints, seating charts, and architectural layouts.
  • Familiarity with Eventellect or similar event mapping/ticketing platforms (preferred).
  • Proficiency with tools such as AutoCAD, Adobe Illustrator, or GIS software (ArcGIS, QGIS, etc.).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with sports or entertainment venues.
  • Understanding of ticketing systems, event logistics, and operations.
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards, ADA compliance, and venue regulations.

Work Environment

  • Remote opportunity with EST shift coverage (7pm to 4 am)
  • Fast-paced, collaborative, and deadline-driven environment.

  • Screen: 14 inches, Full HD
