Responsibilities:

Identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities in target markets.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.

Create and deliver compelling business presentations and proposals.

Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align strategies with company goals.

Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize revenue.

Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.

Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

Maintain accurate records of sales activity, pipeline, and forecasts using CRM tools.


Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus).

Proven experience (3–5 years) in business development, sales, or account management.

Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to think strategically and drive measurable results.

Experience using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
