NATIONAL SALES HEAD - HOME LOANS
Areas of Responsibility
:
*Oversee the development of the secured & unsecured division including delivery on portfolio targets and quality parameters. * Hire and lead a high performing team. * Implement and lead a continuous quality improvement process, focusing on systems and process development. * Create a culture that embodies creativity, innovation, high integrity, performance orientation, and commitment to work. * Ensure the best practices for internal control and risk management. * Recruit, motivate, mentor and lead a high-caliber team * Prepare reports related to new business initiatives * Study the market trends, identify disruptions, analyze and propose counter actions to stay relevant. * Analyze Competitors, in terms of Marketing strategies, business development initiatives, products etc. and report the market trends on a regular basis * Communicate with employees across all levels and customers to understand the bottle necks and expectations from the market to stay abreast with the industry trends. * Coordinating and driving sales through Zonal Sales teams
