Responsibilities

  • Oversee the complete IT infrastructure: servers, endpoints, storage, firewalls, switches, routers, wireless access points, etc.
  • Lead the planning and execution of upgrades, expansions, and migrations.
  • Implement and enforce security protocols (endpoint protection, firewalls, VPNs, access controls, etc.).
  • Manage and support a hybrid environment (on-premises + cloud infrastructure).
  • Monitor system performance, identify areas for improvement, and ensure 99.9% uptime.
  • Lead a team of IT support personnel and ensure timely resolution of IT issues.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive IT policies, documentation, disaster recovery plans, and network diagrams.
  • Vendor management - procurement, negotiations, SLA tracking.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand tech needs and support business goals.
  • Expertise in networking (LAN/WAN), virtualization, Windows/Linux servers, Active Directory, and cybersecurity.
  • Strong knowledge of endpoint protection systems, network segmentation, and zero-trust principles.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud).
  • Relevant certifications preferred: CCNP, MCSE, CISSP, PMP, etc.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale IT environments with 200+ endpoints
  • Excellent leadership, project management, and communication skills.
