Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Jewellery Merchandiser located in Mumbai. The Jewellery Merchandiser will be responsible for coordinating with suppliers and designers to select pieces for inventory. Daily tasks include managing stock levels, selecting merchandise, creating product displays, ensuring pricing is accurate, and utilizing marketing strategies to increase sales. Additionally, the role involves monitoring customer preferences to determine the focus of sales efforts, providing excellent customer service, and working closely with the sales team to analyze sales performance.

Qualifications

  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in Sales, Retail, and Marketing
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Able to work independently and in a team environment
  • Proficiency in inventory management software is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion Merchandising or a related field is preferred
