Job Purpose:

• The objective of the position is to drive efficiency through the use of technology. Ensure exceptional IT performance by maintaining high standards of service support, ensuring user satisfaction and comprehending user needs and adapt to support business operations.

• We are seeking a highly skilled IT Infrastructure Manager to oversee our company's IT infrastructure and ensure its alignment with business goals. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing complex IT environments, leading a team of IT professionals, and implementing robust infrastructure solutions.

• Manage and motivate the IT team to deliver on effective and highly regarded service.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning: Identify the future direction of the use of technology within the organization to drive efficiency, keeping up with current best practice. Working closely with the senior management & internal team to overcome business challenges with the use of technology. Analyse the business requirements of all departments to determine their technology needs. Create a vision within the organization, lead the team to achieve it.

Infrastructure Management: Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage, and cloud services.

Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers, negotiating contracts and ensuring service level agreements are met.

Project Management: Be a champion of change. Optimize current IT solutions, innovate solutions to operational challenges and lead change management. Manage the development and implementation of current projects and the development plans for ongoing projects and improvement of IT systems.

Performance Monitoring: Monitor the performance of IT systems, identifying and resolving issues to ensure optimal performance and availability.

Budget: Manage the annual budgets for CAPEX & OPEX, responsible for the review, audit and prioritisation & utilization of budgeted lines and ensure cost effectiveness.

Business Continuity: Manage a disaster recovery / business continuity plan to ensure continued business operations. Develop and maintain the major incident & business continuity plan and to implement measures in the event of major incidents or disasters.

Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of IT infrastructure, processes, and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Must possess a BE / Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field or equivalent. Master Degree is a Plus.
• Educated to degree level or equivalent MBA-IT/BE/BTech / PG-MCA
• ITIL/Six Sigma Certification / PMP will be added advantage.

Certification:

Relevant Certification such as ITIL/PMP/ISO 27000LA , or CISSP are highly desirable.

Experience:

• Must have minimum of years of experience as Leading IT Infrastructure .
• Worked in a structured high IT usage environment preferably in Indian manufacturing setup.
• Having done projects on support, upgrade and Migrations.
• Understanding of data security and software compliance.
• Experience in managing IT Infrastructure.
