· Interacting with Existing Clients for Post Booking Queries Related To Legal and Payment, replying on E-Mails or over the phone.

· Resolving Queries and complaints pertaining to the property.

· Responsible For Preparation of NOC, Tripartite Agreements, Etc. For Bank Loan Purpose

· Responsible For Interaction with Customers On Booking, Quotation And Payment Schedule Preparation.

· Responsible For Maintaining All Details And Transactions Of Customers

· Responsible for Preparation of Receipt, Payment Sheet updation & Handover Of Cheques.

· Preparing documents for possession such as certification of taking over and handing over.

· Registration Process - Registration amount information, draft preparation of registry, coordination with legal department for final execution from registry office.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
