Position: Salesforce Trainer

Department: Customer Care & Sales

Location: Swargate , Pune

Salary Range: Up to ₹35,000 per month

About the Role

Provilac is looking for a dedicated Salesforce Trainer to train and support our Customer Care Executives and Sales Team. The trainer will ensure that both teams use Salesforce effectively for lead management, customer interaction, order management, issue resolution, and daily workflows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver structured Salesforce training to Customer Care Executives and Sales Representatives.
  • Train teams on key Salesforce modules such as:
  • Lead & Opportunity Management
  • Customer Profiles & Account Handling
  • Order/Subscription Management
  • Case Management & Ticket Resolution
  • Reporting & Dashboard Usage
  • Conduct onboarding training for new team members and refresher sessions for existing staff.
  • Create training materials: SOPs, guides, presentations, videos, and quick-reference documents.
  • Monitor user performance, adoption, and identify skill gaps.
  • Assist teams with real-time Salesforce queries or challenges.
  • Align training content with Provilac's processes and customer experience standards.
  • Work with CRM Admin/Managers to update training as new features or processes roll out.

Required Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience as a Salesforce Trainer, CRM Trainer, or Salesforce Support role.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud; knowledge of Service Cloud is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and teaching skills.
  • Ability to train individuals with varying levels of technical understanding.
  • Experience in training customer care or sales teams is desirable.

Preferred Skills

  • Background in FMCG, dairy, or D2C industry (added advantage).
  • Ability to create simple, easy-to-understand training content.
  • Basic analytical skills to track performance and adoption metrics.
  • Salesforce certification (optional but beneficial).
