Job Purpose and Scope:Prepare and provide MIS, Budgeting and key financial analysis at corporate level and manage investor deliverables. Key Accountabilities:

  • Preparation and analysis of consolidated MIS on monthly basis including preparation of P&L statement, balance sheet, investor MIS and cash flows
  • Drive Budgeting process in the entire company with other departments and work
  • Preparation and analysis of consolidated annual and monthly operating budget - P&L statement, balance sheets and cash flows
  • Prepare and present performance against budget on a monthly/ quarterly and annual, identifying potential overspends early and proposing corrective action
  • Prepare and present Board decks, internal management decks and various other business analytics as requested from time to time
  • Drive system requirements in SAP to support various IT initiatives for standard dashboard, requirements
  • Drive corporate projects of cost management, working capital management and various others as requested on time-to-time basis

Commercial Finance

  • Analyze Sales price, cost and Gross Margin trends based on regions, customers, products and provide inputs for improving the sales realization and meeting / exceeding EBITDA and ROCE targets
  • Ensure proper control on receivables with timely MIS and follow-up up with sales team for critical dues.
  • Ensure control on sales accounting, sales cut off procedures and adherence to credit policy.
  • Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and the company's actual performance compared to the business plans.
