Urgent Hiring HR Recruiter & HR Intern

Industry: IT | Non-IT | BPO | Medical Coding.

Company: Axis Services.

Location: Hyderabad (Work from Office).

Timings: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM | 6 Days a Week.

Experience Level: 0 - 2 Years

Note: Female Candidates Only | Maximum Age: 29 Years.

Roles & Responsibilities

As an HR Recruiter/Intern, you will play a key role in driving our talent acquisition efforts across multiple domains. Your core responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle for various verticals (IT, Non-IT, BPO, Medical Coding).
  • Understanding job requirements and drafting clear, engaging job descriptions.
  • Posting vacancies across job portals and social media platforms.
  • Sourcing, screening, and shortlisting potential candidates effectively.
  • Scheduling and coordinating interviews with hiring managers.
  • Maintaining consistent candidate engagement throughout the selection and on-boarding processes.

Who Can Apply?

  • Education: Any Graduate / MBA / BBA.
  • Experience: 0 - 2 Years (Freshers Welcome).
  • Batch: 2024 & 2025 Graduates Eligible.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Compensation & Benefits

For HR Recruiters:

  • Take-Home Salary: 18, ,000/month.
  • Lucrative Incentives & Performance-Based Bonuses.

For HR Interns:

  • Stipend: 15,000/month (First 3 Months).
  • Post 3 Months: Up to 20,000/month (Performance-Based).
