Role Overview

We are seeking a Semi-Qualified Chartered Accountant with strong expertise in finance and accounting operations to join our team as Associate Manager. The ideal candidate should have relevant post-articleship experience in corporate finance, audits, compliance, and financial reporting, with a strong ability to manage processes independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day accounting, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
  • Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual closing of books as per statutory and internal requirements.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (Direct/Indirect taxation, GST, TDS, etc.).
  • Coordinate with internal and external auditors for audits and assessments.
  • Prepare MIS reports and provide insights for decision-making.
  • Support process improvements, cost optimization, and internal controls.
  • Manage a small team and guide junior staff in finance operations.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Semi-Qualified CA (Completed CA Inter / IPCC; pursuing or dropped Final).
  • 3-7 years of relevant experience post-articleship.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and compliance.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP/accounting software (SAP / Oracle / Tally preferred).
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, financial modeling, and reporting.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills; ability to coordinate across departments.
