The Talent Executive owns the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring we attract, engage, and hire top-tier talent. Youll collaborate closely with hiring managers, craft recruitment strategies, and nurture a high-quality talent pipeline aligned with company goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitmentfrom sourcing and screening to interviewing, onboarding, and offer management.
  • Partner with department leads to define roles, create job descriptions, and understand hiring needs.
  • Proactively source candidates via job boards, social media, referrals, and networking events.
  • Conduct candidate assessments, coordinate interviews, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout.
  • Maintain and update ATS data accurately; generate recruitment reports and metrics.
  • Attend job fairs, university outreach, and other events to enhance employer branding and build a robust talent pool.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (typically 1–2years) in talent acquisition or recruitment.
  • Strong familiarity with ATS systems, sourcing tools, and recruitment best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask, manage competing priorities, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
