We are looking for a skilled and proactive Project Designer with experience in retail space design and execution with on-site project coordination, ideal for candidates with a background in retail interiors (e.g., KFC, McDonalds, Starbucks, CCD). You will work closely with design teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure the successful execution of retail interior projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop detailed AutoCAD drawings and design documentation for retail fit-out projects
  • Use Adobe Illustrator / CorelDraw for layouts, signage, and branding presentations
  • Conduct site visits to take measurements, monitor progress, and ensure design compliance
  • Assess contractor workmanship and coordinate site execution as per design standards
  • Prepare and manage BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and material specifications
  • Work closely with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to manage timelines and deliverables
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of materials, finishes, and design trends specific to retail spaces
  • Ensure brand consistency and functional efficiency across all design.

2 to 4 years experience in designing of retail projects like KFC, McDonalds, Starbucks, CCD etc.
