Reliance Foundation Hospital and Research Centre is a 345-bed, multi-Speciality tertiary care hospital with following thrust areas: Cardiac Sciences, Gastroenterology & Hepatobiliary Sciences, Liver Transplant, Nephro-Urology, Neuro Sciences, Oncology, Orthopaedics & Spine, and Woman & Child Health. The Hospital has a Medical Mall with progressive diagnostic services, including Laboratories, Radiology & Imaging, and Nuclear Medicine.

Position: Projects Design & Execution (Civil & Interiors)

Location : Charni Road (Girgaon)

Experience : 10 yrs to 20 yrs

Job Description:

  • Ideate, recommend, develop best policies and procedures, to Chief Projects officer.

Drive adherence to the policies and procedures & staff safety and by laws across the department

  • Work collaboratively with other disciplines and departments for smooth functioning of plant, equipment and machinery facilities.
  • Responsible for designing the departmental governance framework
  • Plan, lead and direct departmental activities and collaborate with other department to support functioning and effective patient care and management.
  • Prepare & drive implementation of SOPs for Civil works in Projects.
  • Provide comfortable & safe engineering services to all the stake holders.
  • Identify, evaluate and provide pre-purchase evaluation of new technology and equipment, processes and machinery
  • Drive adherence to safety audit calendar, safety adherence and safety plans regarding the project engineering services
  • Assist Admin/Accounts departments with service contract analysis, negotiations and management
  • Oversee creation of user manuals & impart of engineering trainings to the concerned end users
  • Liaison with the Govt. agencies for obtaining various applicable licenses 
  • Validate and publish Projects MIS and reports 
  • Support conservation of environment through practice of green building practices.
  • Participate as per the defined role during any internal / external disaster
  • Participate in interdepartmental meetings and perform all the responsibilities as assigned
  • Perform any other duty as assigned by hospital management from time to time
