Job description: STORE EXECUTIVE

The Store Executive is responsible for managing the pharmaceutical warehouse/store, ensuring proper

storage, inventory control, and compliance with regulatory guidelines. They oversee stock management,

coordinate with suppliers, and ensure smooth distribution of medicines and medical products.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Inventory Management:

  2. Maintain accurate records of stock levels, receipts, and dispatches.

  3. Conduct regular stock audits and prevent shortages or overstocking.

  4. Implement FIFO (First In, First Out) and FEFO (First Expiry, First Out) methods.

  5. Stock Handling & Storage:

  6. Ensure proper storage conditions as per pharmaceutical standards.

  7. Monitor temperature-sensitive products and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

  8. Handle damaged, expired, and near-expiry stock appropriately.

  9. Procurement & Supplier Coordination:

  10. Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for timely stock replenishment.

  11. Verify received stock against purchase orders and invoices.

  12. Regulatory Compliance:

  13. Ensure adherence to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and GDP (Good Distribution Practices).

  14. Maintain necessary documentation for audits and inspections.

  15. Comply with drug storage laws and safety guidelines.

  16. Order Fulfillment & Distribution:

  17. Process internal and external orders efficiently.

  18. Coordinate with the sales and logistics teams for timely dispatch.

  19. Minimize stock wastage and ensure smooth supply chain operations.

  20. Team Supervision:

  21. Oversee store staff and assign duties for efficient workflow.

  22. Train staff on proper handling, safety, and documentation procedures.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Logistics, or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience: Fresher/ 1-2 years in pharmaceutical warehouse/store management.
  • Technical Skills: Knowledge of ERP systems, inventory software, and regulatory compliance.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with drug storage and handling regulations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11, ₹28,912.62 per month
