Store Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Material Receipt & Verification**:

- Receive incoming materials, consumables, and spare parts.
- Verify materials against purchase orders and delivery challans.
- Inspect for quality, quantity, and damage; coordinate with QC and Purchase if discrepancies arise.
- **Storage & Inventory Management**:

- Maintain proper storage of materials in designated locations.
- Ensure FIFO (First In, First Out) and proper labeling of items.
- Conduct daily and monthly physical stock verification.
- Maintain bin cards, stock registers, and system entries (ERP/Tally/MS Excel).
- **Issuance of Material**:

- Issue materials to production and maintenance departments as per requisition.
- Record all issue transactions accurately in the system and registers.
- Monitor stock levels and raise material requirement notes when reorder levels are reached.
- **Documentation & Record Keeping**:

- Maintain GRN (Goods Receipt Note), Issue Slips, and Return Notes.
- Prepare daily and monthly inventory reports.
- Assist in audit activities and ensure record accuracy.
- **Coordination**:

- Coordinate with the purchase department for material requirements.
- Liaise with production, maintenance, and accounts departments for stock updates and material reconciliation.
- **Safety & Housekeeping**:

- Ensure materials are stored safely with proper labeling and segregation.
- Maintain cleanliness and order in the store area.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Total work: 2 years (preferred)
