  • Assist the Manager – PPC in planning and scheduling production activities to meet organizational goals and delivery timelines.
  • Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Design, and Quality departments to ensure material availability, workflow efficiency, and production continuity.
  • Monitor production progress, inventory levels, and lead times to prevent delays and bottlenecks.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate production schedules, reports, and dashboards for management review.
  • Support the resource allocation process, including manpower, machinery, and materials, to optimize productivity.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement in production planning and workflow management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and safety norms in all PPC activities.
  • Assist in tracking and analysing production KPIs, such as schedule adherence, material utilization, and delivery performance.
  • Guide and coordinate the work of junior PPC staff to ensure smooth departmental operations.
  • Support the Manager – PPC in strategic planning, production optimization, and capacity management initiatives.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹62, ₹78,000.00 per month
