Job Title: Commis Chef I, II – Indian, Tandoor and Continental

We are looking for passionate and hardworking Commis – Indian, Tandoor and continental to join our team.

Understanding of spices, marinades, Tandoor, Indian & Continental culinary terminology.

· Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, following the recipes and guidelines provided by the head chef.

· Ensure that all dishes are prepared to the highest quality standards, with attention to taste, presentation, and portion control.

· 
Maintain consistency in the taste, presentation, and portioning of dishes.

· Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen.

· 
Adhere to strict hygiene and sanitation standards, including food safety and cleanliness of the station.

· Good knife skills and knowledge of food prep.

Qualifications & Experience:

· Diploma or certification in Culinary Arts preferred.

· Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar role, especially in Indian restaurants or hotels.
