This role involves coordinating with various departments, ensuring compliance with company policies, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:Review, validate, and process distributor claims in a timely manner.Expected to gain in depth knowledge of QTIL product roadmap through pricing program analysisEnsure all claims are documented accurately and maintain records for audit purposes.Liaise with distributors, Sales, IT, Pricing, and Legal team to resolve claim-related issues.Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and accuracy.Provide support to distributors, addressing their concerns and queries promptly.Generate and analyze reports on claim trends, providing insights to managementKnowledge in concepts associated with accounting principles and financial policies with the ability to apply them appropriately.Ability to multi-task across multiple stakeholders and deliver accurate results within tight deadlines.Additional Requirements:Ability to learn/understand standards & processes quickly and adhere to them accurately.Strong MS Excel skills, Data analytical skills.Strong verbal and oral communication skills.Flexible approach with a strong team spirit.Numerate with a good eye for detail4+ years of experience in Accounts receivables/Sales Incentives/Distributor claimsMinimum Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree.• 2+ years of Finance, Accounting, or related work experience.*Completed advanced degrees in a relevant field may be substituted for up to two years (Master's = one year, Doctorate = two years) of work experience.Preferred Qualifications:•    Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration/Management, or Professional degree (CA, CMA).•    5+ years of Finance, Global Accounting Operations, or related work experience.Principal Duties & Responsibilities no standard job description textLevel of Responsibility: •    Works under supervision. •    Provides supervision/guidance to other team members.•    Decision-making affects direct area of work and/or work group.•    Requires verbal and written communication skills to convey information.
