CompanyQualcomm India Private LimitedJob AreaFinance & Accounting Group, Finance & Accounting Group > Global Accounting Ops CenterGeneral SummaryGAOC AccountantShift Timings: 6PM to 3 AMTreasury Accountant – Key ResponsibilitiesThe Treasury Accountant plays a vital role in supporting the Global Treasury team across bank administration, treasury systems (Kyriba), payment processing, and intercompany loan management.Core ResponsibilitiesBank Administration:Liaise directly with Qualcomm's global banking partners to manage account openings and closures based on business requirements.Maintain accurate and current records of account mandates, authorized signatories, and banking documentation (KYC/AML) to ensure compliance and audit preparedness.Coordinate with Legal and Tax teams to facilitate bank account documentation and approvals.Treasury Management System (Kyriba)Administer the Kyriba system by setting up new bank accounts, authorized signers, and intercompany loan accounts.Monitor daily bank statement reporting within Kyriba to ensure timely and accurate data flow.Treasury PaymentsExecute various treasury-related payments including intercompany funding, foreign exchange conversions, hedge settlements, share buybacks, mergers & acquisitions, and debt servicing through online banking portals.Intercompany And Investment OperationsCollaborate with satellite offices to manage short-term investments, redemptions, internal cash transfers, and FX transactions.Cross-Functional SupportProvide transaction-related assistance to Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Payroll teams.Process Improvement & AutomationContribute to initiatives aimed at enhancing automation and streamlining treasury operations.Audit SupportAssist with internal and external audits by supplying relevant documentation and clarifications.Qualifications/RequirementsMBA with 3+ years of experience in Treasury operationsExperience with Global banking portals Cashpro, JPM Access, HSBCnet and CITI DirectKnowledge of appropriate accounting ERPs ( Oracle & SAP )High level of analytical skillsMinimum QualificationsBachelor's degree.2+ years of Finance, Accounting, or related work experience.Completed advanced degrees in a relevant field may be substituted for up to two years (Master's = one year, Doctorate = two years) of work experience.Shift Timings: 6PM to 3 AMApplicants: Qualcomm is an equal opportunity employer.
