  1. Proven ability to design, execute, and optimize campaigns across multiple

channels (Email, SMS, Push Notifications).

  1. Working knowledge of A/B testing and experimentation for campaign performance

improvement.

  1. Excellent data analysis skills and ability to drive proactive, data-driven decision

making.

  1. Strong ability to understand stakeholder roles and collaborate effectively across

cross-functional teams.

  1. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (reporting, analytics, pivot tables) and

PowerPoint (presentations).

  1. Excellent communication, analytical, and presentation skills.

  2. Ability to lead and manage a small team (1–2 people) while collaborating

effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.

  1. Basic knowledge of SQL (good-to-have for campaign data extraction and

reporting).

Role and Responsibilities:

  1. Take ownership of coupon campaign execution from setup to tracking and

performance analysis.

  1. Support campaign execution across SMS, Push Notifications, Email, and other

engagement channels.

  1. Manage wallet upload campaigns to drive transactions and increase customer

engagement.

  1. Prepare detailed campaign constructs for new experiments, GTM (Go-To-Market)

plans, and execution roadmaps - including end-to-end complex coupon creation and

management.

  1. Assist with business performance metrics like order projections, performance

reporting, and budget tracking to ensure effective ROI of coupon and CRM

experiments.

  1. Strategize and run growth campaigns focused on both Dormant and Active user

segments.

  1. Monitor and analyze conversion and engagement metrics to measure campaign

effectiveness and recommend improvements.

  1. Lead and manage a small team (1–2 people) while collaborating effectively with

cross-functional stakeholders.

Key Success Metrics

  1. Improvement in customer retention rates and repeat purchase frequency.

  2. Growth in dormant user reactivation and engagement of active cohorts.

  3. ROI delivered on campaigns (coupon usage, wallet campaigns, channel

performance).

  1. Accuracy of order projections and budget control.

  2. Campaign performance uplift through A/B testing and segmentation strategies.
