As an authorized dealership for Ather Electric Vehicles, Karuna Ather is dedicated to delivering reliable service and a premium customer experience. We are currently seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Service Technician to join our service team in Erode. Key Responsibilities: - Perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repair of Ather electric scooters. - Carry out routine servicing, part replacements, and software updates. - Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure quick, accurate solutions. - Maintain workshop tools, equipment, and follow safety standards. - Coordinate with Service Advisors for smooth workflow. - Document service jobs and report technical feedback to the team. - Ensure quality service to maximize customer satisfaction. Requirements: - ITI / Diploma in Automobile or Electrical / Mechanical Engineering years of experience as a Technician in 2W / EV service (EV experience preferred). - Good technical knowledge and diagnostic skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail. - Team player with strong work ethics.
