Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Refrigeration Operator with hands-on skills in installation, operation, and basic maintenance of refrigeration and cooling systems used in dairy processing.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Install climate control systems, refrigeration units, and cooling equipment.
  • Troubleshoot refrigeration equipment failures and system issues.
  • Observe, check, and test newly installed systems for performance.
  • Repair and replace components related to HVAC & refrigeration systems.
  • Assist senior technicians in preventive maintenance and daily operations.
  • Maintain records of service, maintenance, and system performance.
  • Ensure safe work practices and follow company SOPs.

Education & Qualification

  • Diploma (Refrigeration/Mechanical/Electrical) or Any Degree.

Experience

  • 0 to 1 Year (Freshers with technical knowledge can also apply).
  • Experience in Dairy / Milk & Milk Products industry is an added advantage.

Skills Required

  • Basic understanding of refrigeration & HVAC systems.
  • Ability to handle tools and equipment.
  • Willingness to learn and work in operational environments.
  • Safety awareness.
