Job Title: Business Manager/Sales Manager/Field Sales Executive

Location: Gurgaon, Noida, Delhi

Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify and onboard potential DSAs (Direct Selling Agents) and Channel partners from the open market.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with new and existing partners to drive business growth and achieve business targets.
  • Provide day-to-day operational support to channel partners, ensuring smooth collaboration and business success.
  • Take ownership of driving monthly sales targets and associated business metrics, ensuring consistent performance.

Job Requirements:

  • Excellent sales skills with a strong ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with partners.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to engage with internal teams, partners, and customers.
  • Prior experience in NBFC and DSA, especially in mortgages (Home loan and LAP), is preferred.
  • Own conveyance and a strong local industry network is preferred.
  • Fluency in regional languages is a plus.

Qualification Required:

  • Minimum 12th pass or Graduate.

Experience:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or field sales, preferably in the mortgage industry.Role & responsibilities
