About the Role

We are looking for a
Telesales Executive
who can handle inbound/outbound calls, follow up with interested customers, explain product details clearly, and close sales confidently.

You will be responsible for converting leads for Divine Hindu's spiritual products such as Rudraksha, Karungali, Gemstones, and more.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Lead Conversion

  • Make outbound calls to warm leads from our database
  • Convert inbound customer inquiries into successful sales
  • Explain product benefits, pricing, and offers clearly
  • Follow a structured sales script while maintaining a natural tone

Follow-Ups & Pipeline Management

  • Maintain consistent follow-ups on interested customers
  • Track leads until closure and update all call logs properly
  • Keep a daily record of calls, conversions, and pending leads

Customer Handling

  • Build rapport with customers using polite and confident communication
  • Handle objections professionally and provide correct product guidance
  • Maintain a positive attitude and high energy while pitching

Coordination

  • Work with the fulfilment and support team for smooth order processing
  • Share feedback from customers to improve sales strategies

Skills & Qualifications

  • 0.6–3 years of telesales/telecalling experience (eCommerce preferred)
  • Strong Hindi communication (English basic is fine)
  • Confident, persuasive, and target-driven personality
  • Ability to handle high-volume calling
  • Basic knowledge of WhatsApp Business, Excel, and CRM tools
