Role & responsibilities
- Cash flow management, providing cash flow reports to Portfolio/fund managers daily.
- Daily BOD/EOD activities, including Bank and Holding reconciliation.
- Tracking and updating corporate actions in the system.
- Trade matching and other end-of-day activities related to the portfolio.
- Preparing and accounting for income, expenses, subscriptions, and redemptions in the system.
- Monitoring and payment of monthly expenses to third parties, advance tax payment, etc.
- Redemption working and timely payout to investors.
- Client onboarding, creating client master, and uploading it in the system for new investors.
- Providing MIS and resolving queries for the investor service team.
- Master creation in the system - Broker, Client, Bank, etc.
- Supporting and providing data to internal and statutory auditors.
- Supporting Fund Management team for trades and other report requirements.
- Preparing regulatory reports like SEBI Monthly and quarterly reports.
- Preparing MIS reports for internal stakeholders, Sales team, and Senior management.
- Good knowledge of MS-Office - Word, Excel, PPT.
- System knowledge - Wealth Spectrum.
Preferred candidate profile
- Educational Qualifications: B. Com / M. Com / CA
- Prior Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in PMS operations.
- Domain Knowledge: PMS - SEBI Regulation
- IT Skills: Wealth Spectrum
