Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and experiencedProject Manager / Scrum Masterto lead Agile teams and drive successful delivery of enterprise-level projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background inAgile methodologies,Scrum practices, andproject governance, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Agile teams in planning, execution, and delivery of software projects.
  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners to manage backlogs and prioritize work.
  • Track project progress using Agile metrics and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
  • Identify and resolve impediments to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Manage stakeholder communication and expectations.
  • Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Coach teams on Agile best practices and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Required Skills Qualifications:

  • 10 + years of experience in IT project management and Agile delivery.
  • Proven experience as aScrum MasterorAgile Project Manager.
  • Knowledge ofSalesforce CRM, workflows, and integrations.
  • Strong understanding ofScrum,Kanban, andScaled Agile Frameworks (SAFe).
  • Proficiency in tools likeJIRA,Confluence,MS Project, andSlack.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Certifications: CSM,PSM,PMP, orPMI-ACP.
