Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and confident
Business Development Manager - Deputies
to support our growth initiatives in the
education and government project sectors
. This role is ideal for graduates or professionals with up to
4-7 years
of experience who have strong communication skills, a presentable personality, and the maturity to interact with senior stakeholders. The selected candidate will assist in lead generation, client communication, and project coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in identifying and reaching out to potential clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Coordinate meetings, presentations, and follow-ups with clients and government officials.
• Support the Regional Managers in preparing proposals, presentations, and reports.
• Attend industry events, meetings, and exhibitions as a company representative.
• Maintain proper documentation and update internal trackers or CRM systems.
• Stay updated with market trends, government policies, and education-sector developments.
• Provide administrative support for ongoing projects and business development operations.
Key Skills & Competencies:
• Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication in English and local language.
• Maturity & Professionalism: Confidence in handling discussions with senior stakeholders and clients.
• Presentable Appearance: Good grooming, etiquette, and ability to represent the organization professionally.
• Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport, follow up consistently, and maintain relationships.
• Proactiveness: Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and contribute to team success.
• Adaptability: Comfortable with field visits, travel, and handling dynamic work environments.
Qualification & Experience:
• Education: Graduate in any stream B.tech or MBA or postgraduate qualification is a plus.
• Experience: 4–7 years of experience in business development, sales, client servicing, or internships in related fields.
• Sector Preference: Exposure to education, government projects, or training industry will be an advantage.
