
Export Documentation/Logistics Executive

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage export documentation (pre-shipment & post-shipment), including invoices, packing lists, shipping bills, issuance of BRCs, RODTEP licenses, etc.
- Ensure accurate filing of LC (Letter of Credit), BL (Bill of Lading), COO (Certificate of Origin), and other trade documents.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs agents, and shipping lines for smooth dispatch.
- Track shipments, ensuring timely delivery and resolving any logistical issues.
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and export requirements.
- Maintain documentation records and generate export reports.
- Collaborate with the sales and production teams to meet shipping timelines.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelors degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 36 years in export documentation and logistics, preferably in personal care, OTC, or FMCG sectors.
- Skills: Strong understanding of international trade regulations and export documentation.
- Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in MS Office and export documentation software.
- Key Strengths: Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Detail-Oriented: Ability to manage multiple shipments simultaneously with accuracy.
