Export Logistics Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Export Logistics Executive to manage the end-to-end export shipment process for V H World Exim. The candidate will coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs authorities to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods across international markets.

  • Handle export documentation including invoices, packing lists, BL/AWB, COO, and other customs-related papers.
  • Coordinate with shipping lines, CHA, transporters, and freight forwarders for booking and shipment execution.
  • Track and monitor shipment schedules, ensuring on-time dispatch and delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and export policies.
  • Manage logistics costs, freight negotiations, and timely payments.
  • Liaise with buyers and internal departments to ensure smooth communication and updates on shipments.
  • Maintain accurate records of export data, shipping details, and inventory movements.
  • Assist in export-related audits and documentation control.
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, International Business, or Supply Chain Management.
  • Minimum 1–5 years of experience in export logistics or shipping coordination.
  • Strong knowledge of INCOTERMS, export procedures, and customs clearance.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
