Position Summary:

We are seeking a motivated Operations Executive to manage daily operations in our Aviation & Study Abroad division. The ideal candidate will play a key role in facilitating student admissions, visa processing, and operational coordination, focusing especially on aviation-related study programs and career pathways.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate day-to-day operations of the Aviation & Study Abroad department.
  • Assist aviation aspirants and students applying for study abroad programs with end-to-end application processes.
  • Support preparation of academic documents, visa applications, and aviation-specific certifications.
  • Schedule and coordinate counselling sessions, mock interviews, aviation aptitude tests, and training sessions.
  • Address student queries related to aviation courses, study abroad opportunities, and visa processes.
  • Maintain accurate data records, MIS reports, and follow-up logs.
  • Liaise with overseas aviation universities, airlines, and education partners for smooth processing and partnerships.
  • Ensure compliance with aviation industry standards and education regulations.

Who Can Apply:

  • Female candidates only
  • Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year experience, preferably in aviation, education consultancy, or operations support.
  • Graduates in any discipline, preferably with an interest in aviation or international education.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail with a service-oriented attitude.
  • Basic understanding of visa processing, immigration norms, and aviation industry requirements is a strong advantage.
  • Willingness to learn about aviation regulations and industry-specific trends

Job Types: Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12, ₹18,000.00 per month
