The Opportunity

We're seeking an accomplished sales professional to lead our Credit Sales (Loans) team. This is a unique opportunity to shape the credit division of a growing fintech while building and mentoring a high-performing sales team. You'll combine strategic leadership with hands-on sales execution in a role designed for ambitious professionals ready to make their mark in the lending space.

What You'll Do

Sales Leadership & Execution

  • Drive personal loan sales through strategic outbound calling, relationship building, and systematic pipeline management
  • Lead by example by consistently achieving individual sales targets while inspiring team excellence
  • Own end-to-end loan disbursement numbers for your division

Team Development & Management

  • Build, mentor, and develop a team of credit sales executives
  • Implement performance coaching strategies that help team members reach their full potential
  • Create clear goal-setting frameworks and provide regular feedback to ensure team alignment
  • Foster a collaborative, results-driven team culture that balances achievement with professional growth

Strategic Operations

  • Collaborate seamlessly with operations, risk, and compliance teams to optimize disbursement timelines
  • Monitor key performance indicators including conversion rates, call quality, and customer satisfaction
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor strategies, and customer preferences to refine sales approaches
  • Contribute to process improvements that enhance both team efficiency and customer experience

What We're Looking For

Essential Experience

  • 3-6 years of proven success
    in loan/credit sales (Personal Loans, Business Loans, Credit Cards, or SME Lending)
  • Demonstrated track record
    of consistently exceeding sales targets and disbursement goals
  • Team leadership experience
    with a focus on developing others and driving collective results
  • Strong understanding of loan documentation, underwriting processes, and BFSI customer management

Skills & Attributes

  • Fluency in Hindi and English (additional Indian languages valued)
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
  • Strategic mindset combined with attention to detail
