Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in installation of VRF/VRV systems, ductable units, cassette units, split ACs, and ventilation systems.
  • Support senior engineers in maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of HVAC equipment.
  • Learn to perform ducting, copper piping, insulation, drainage line work, cable routing, etc.
  • Assist in commissioning of air conditioning systems.
  • Maintain tools, safety standards, and daily work reports.
  • Visit project sites and support execution teams.

Required Skills

  • Basic understanding of refrigeration & air conditioning systems.
  • Knowledge of mechanical/electrical tools and safety practices.
  • Ability to learn quickly and work under supervision.
  • Diploma/ITI in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (RAC) preferred.
  • Freshers are welcome.

Preferred candidate profile

  • AutoCAD knowledge (added advantage).
  • Basic electrical knowledge.
  • Ability to read simple HVAC drawings.
