Job Title: Repair & Maintenance Technician – Subway Restaurant

Location: Kolkata

Job Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and skilled Repair & Maintenance Technician to join our Subway restaurant team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repair of various kitchen and facility equipment to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform maintenance and repairs on equipment such as:
  • Refrigerators and chillers
  • Air conditioning units (AC)
  • Lighting systems
  • Microwaves
  • Other kitchen appliances and equipment
  • Conduct routine inspections to identify and resolve potential issues before they escalate.
  • Respond promptly to repair requests from management or staff.
  • Coordinate with external service providers when needed.
  • Maintain a log of repairs and equipment service records.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and health standards during all maintenance tasks.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a maintenance or repair technician, preferably in a restaurant or food service environment.
  • Basic electrical and mechanical knowledge.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple repair tasks.
  • Availability for emergency repairs if needed.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification or training in refrigeration, HVAC, or electrical work.
  • Previous experience working in a Subway or fast food restaurant setting.

Salary : 11,000/- to 15,000/-
