ICU, ER, OPD, HR, Finance, and full operations

CGHS, ECHS, DGEHS, Delhi Police, GIPSA, MCD empanelments

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead
    full hospital operations
    with hands-on execution.
  • Enforce compliance:
    NABH/NABL protocols, SOPs, audits, patient safety, and regulatory standards.
  • Drive patient growth:
    Optimize OPD, ICU, ER, and outreach programs; expand empanelments; implement patient-focused initiatives and community health campaigns.
  • Recruit, train, and lead a
    high-performance team
    across all departments.
  • Monitor hospital KPIs, revenue streams, and operational performance.
  • Ensure
    discipline, accountability, and SOP adherence
    across clinical and administrative teams.
