Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Pune for a Collections Representative. The role involves managing debt collection, maintaining regular communication with customers, assisting them in resolving outstanding balances, and ensuring timely cash collections. Additionally, the candidate will handle customer service inquiries related to payment issues and collaborate with the finance team to track and report collection activities.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills in Marathi and Hindi language
  • Ready to travel
  • Fresher or 2 to 3 years or Experience in working wih collection agencies
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in finance, business, or a related field
