Role Overview:

We are seeking a creative and results-driven
PR & Media Lead
to shape Palmonas' public perception, drive brand affinity, and amplify our stories across traditional and digital media. You'll be responsible for crafting compelling narratives, leading media relations, managing influencer collaborations, and building strong industry networks that position Palmonas as a thought leader in the fashion and lifestyle space.

Key Responsibilities:

Public Relations

  • Develop and execute strategic PR campaigns for new launches, events, and brand initiatives
  • Write and distribute press releases, media kits, and brand stories
  • Build and maintain relationships with fashion, lifestyle, and business journalists
  • Secure high-impact media coverage across digital, print, and broadcast channels
  • Act as the main point of contact for all press inquiries

Media Relations & Outreach

  • Identify and pitch stories to top-tier publications, including Vogue, Elle, Grazia, YourStory, etc.
  • Create a media calendar aligned with product drops, campaigns, and seasonal spikes
  • Organize and manage press days, media previews, and brand events

Influencer & Celebrity Collaborations

  • Partner with relevant fashion/lifestyle influencers and stylists to generate organic buzz
  • Curate gifting campaigns, seeding strategies, and performance tracking for influencers
  • Collaborate with the social media team to amplify influencer-led content

Brand Reputation Management

  • Monitor media mentions, brand sentiment, and emerging conversations
  • Proactively manage crisis communication with appropriate messaging strategies
  • Ensure brand consistency across all public communications

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with design, marketing, and e-commerce teams to align messaging
  • Support the content and creative teams with brand storytelling and copy

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, PR, Journalism, or related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in PR/media roles (fashion/lifestyle industry preferred)
  • Strong network with media houses, editors, stylists, and influencers
  • Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills
  • Confident communicator with a strategic mindset and creative flair
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations and tight deadlines
  • Passion for fashion, jewelry, and consumer culture
