About the Opportunity

We are hiring an experienced Engineering Leader to own technical delivery across Salesforce programs, lead cross-functional engineering teams, and shape product-grade architectures that scale. This role blends hands-on technical ownership with people leadership: you will set engineering standards, drive CI/CD and DX adoption, and partner with product and delivery to ensure predictable, high-quality releases.

Role & Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor engineering teams delivering Salesforce solutions (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, Experience Cloud), ensuring high code quality and reliable releases.
  • Define and enforce technical architecture, integration patterns, and governance for multi-org and hybrid-cloud Salesforce landscapes.
  • Own the Salesforce DX, CI/CD pipelines, release automation, and source-control workflows to accelerate delivery and reduce risk.
  • Drive design reviews, code reviews, and performance optimisation—implement best practices for Apex, LWC, and SOQL tuning.
  • Collaborate with Product, QA, and DevOps to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and measurable SLAs.
  • Recruit, develop, and retain top Salesforce engineering talent; create career paths and run competency-driven hiring and performance processes.
