Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Leader Operations BPS, based in Hyderabad. The Team Leader will oversee daily operations, ensure customer satisfaction, manage and motivate team members, and analyze performance metrics to optimize processes. The role involves addressing operational challenges, maintaining service levels, and fostering a positive and productive work environment. The Team Leader will act as the primary point of contact for both internal stakeholders and clients.

Qualifications

  • Strong People Management and Communication skills to lead teams effectively and foster collaboration
  • Proficiency in Operations Management and Customer Satisfaction to maintain quality and efficiency in processes
  • Analytical Skills to identify trends, solve problems, and drive data-based decision-making
  • Ability to adapt to dynamic environments and deliver results within deadlines
  • Prior experience in business process services or relevant operations is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field
